Pilates helps the body to form long, lean muscles that are very strong but never bulky. Basic Pilates is done with no equipment on the floor or on a mat. However, a pilates system using props and small equipment such as exercise balls and resistance bands has been developed in order to further strengthen and tone the muscles. Thanks a lot.
