Private Pilates Sessions* are one-on-one personal training sessions designed to meet the specific postural and physical fitness needs of the individual client. An initial evaluation is completed with identification of postural and gait-related issues. Sessions include use of the Pilates studio apparatus in addition to instruction for a "homework" program.
Joseph Pilates intended for his apparatus to be an integral part of his Method of Physical and Mental Conditioning. Training on classical Pilates apparatus enhances ones technique, heightens body awareness, builds strength and increases flexibility more readily than mat exercises alone. When performing mat exercises resistance is created by gravity and body weight. Pilates apparatus training provides additional resistance through springs and framing (support) for the body. In addition, as one progresses, apparatus training can provide a means of further challenge by allowing the exercises to be performed in different planes of movement.

Reformer Duet Sessions* are 2-person training sessions for those that prefer to work out with a friend. Each individual has their own studio reformer during the session. The Reformer enables you to gain core stability while developing peripheral strength. Each movement will strengthen both your stomach and back muscles and increase flexibility while creating long, lean muscles. Reformer training is appropriate for all fitness levels, most special needs individuals and anyone without prior Pilates experience. Many people come to Pilates with a single goal in mind but walk away with an unexpected change in their overall appearance.
Group Apparatus Classes are limited to 4-5 persons. These classes utilize the studio reformers, EXO chairs and Arcs. Currently, these classes have a cardio interval focus. We promise you will get a full-body workout that's tons of fun!

Semi-Private Studio Classes* involve an intimate, small group atmosphere. These classes allow participants to receive mat class instruction with the use of props (magic circles, Pilates arcs, etc.) and limited use of the Pilates apparatus. This class offers the "best of both worlds" for individuals interested in training with props and apparatus while also receiving mat class instruction (maximum of 4 persons per class). Note that sanitized mats are provided.

Six-Week Journey to Your Best Body, Mind & Spirit (aka Boot Camp) is a 4 day/week, 6-week pre-registered course that is limited to 8 participants. Boot Camp participants will spend Monday and Wednesday mornings with Amy performing intense mat and standing Pilates and Core Barre with the use of props, such as balance balls, weighted balls, magic circles, etc. Get your heart rate pumping with Wendi's interval training hour on Tuesday mornings. Spend Thursday mornings with Keir and our challenging TRX/Kettlebell Boot Camp Class. Classes run from 8:15-9:15 a.m.

CORE BARRE classes are limited to 8 persons. CORE BARRE is a high energy, low impact, fat burning workout. Its focus is on intensive isometric movements that sculpt the thighs, tone and firm the buttocks, flatten the abdominals and define the arms. Focused stretching to lengthen, tone and increase flexibility compliments a total body workout. Core Barre incorporates current biomechanical principles of Pilates, Ballet and general fitness concepts and is available to all fitness levels for those that safely want to change their appearance and have fun doing so!

CORE SUSPEND™ is an energetic choreographed workout that conditions the whole body, building on the CORE BARRE fundamentals of focus, precision and strength. The program’s exercises are designed to develop a consciousness of each of the muscle groups in the body and the respective functioning in balance with one another. CORE SUSPEND™ offers a full range of exercises for group sessions as well as therapeutic applications for private rehabilitation.
